We’re supporting a leading retail banking client who are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join a high-profile retail remediation programme.

They’re seeking someone who can provide meaningful PMO support beyond basic administration - with proven experience producing MI, supporting governance, planning, RAID management and reporting in a fast-paced change environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day PMO support across the retail remediation programme, ensuring activities are delivered to agreed timelines.
  • Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and other governance artefacts.
  • Coordinate and support governance forums - preparing packs, scheduling sessions, tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Produce high-quality MI and reporting packs to inform senior stakeholders on progress, risks and key decisions.
  • Track and report on delivery milestones, resourcing and budget status.
  • Support change control and ensure documentation, approvals and audit trails are in place.
  • Monitor programme compliance with internal delivery frameworks and regulatory expectations.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project teams, escalating issues where needed and driving resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools and templates.
