Job summary

Finning (UK) Ltd in Corby is seeking a Service Coordinator to develop and maintain accurate PM servicing schedules for a fleet of assets, liaising with customers to plan events via the PM engineer team. You will manage work orders to ensure timely invoicing and cost control, and take ownership of backlog using our case management platform.

Strong data interpretation and communication skills are essential to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Service planning/scheduling experience in a similar role.
• Office-based working environment.

Responsibilities

• Review contract information to set up accurate service schedules in the contract tool.
• Contact customers to arrange servicing and to open work orders.
• Manage work orders to ensure timely invoicing and costs in C20 account.
• Take ownership of backlog from events using case management platform.
• Review PM intervention info to raise follow-ups with customers and teams.
• Collaborate with Contract Performance Consultant to optimise information.
• Provide regular updates on PM adherence vs targets, utilization, and variances.
