Job summary

Finning (UK) Ltd is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to join our team in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. You will support engineers, manage work orders from creation to closure, and liaise with customers to procure purchase orders and provide timely updates throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaising with customers to obtain purchase orders, issue proformas, and keep them informed throughout the service process.
• Supporting engineers and service controllers with documentation, planning, and process adherence.
• Assisting with timesheet entry and ensuring data is accurately recorded in our systems.
• Resolving customer disputes quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
