You will interact with customers to obtain purchase orders and keep stakeholders informed throughout the service process, while coordinating with engineers and controllers to maintain timely, accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of work orders from creation to closure.
• Liaise with customers to obtain purchase orders, issue proformas, and keep them informed.
• Support engineers and service controllers with documentation, planning and process adherence.
• Assist with timesheet entry and ensure data accuracy in systems.
• Resolve customer disputes quickly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
