A global consulting and engineering firm is seeking a PM Preparation Program Coordinator to support their client’s Operations and Maintenance team in Scotland. The role involves coordinating the completion of the PM preparation phase and undertaking the scheduling phase for preventive maintenance tasks. Candidates should have operational experience, proficiency in scheduling and maintenance planning, and effective organizational skills. Wood is recruiting a PM Preparation Program Coordinator tosupport our client’s Operations and Maintenance team on a fixed term contract basis.
Hybrid working - 3 days working from Aberdeen
The Role
You will coordinate the completion of the PM preparation phase (approx. 1/3rd remaining), and to undertake the full scheduling phase of the fully prepared PM Program. This will involve coordinating and completing the work himself, but interfacing with the Assets to gain support and input into the finished deliverable. There is also likely to be an opportunity to get involved in Maintenance and Planning stability improvements as part of the broader efforts.
