• Experience in social housing or similar environment.
• Knowledge of NHF Sors is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake a DBS check.

• Complete multiple jobs per day ensuring high quality work.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.

Skills

Proven experience as a Plumber Multi

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Experience using a PDA

Good IT skills with experience using job scheduling software

Education

City & Guilds / NVQ in Plumbing level 2

Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing

Tools

CSCS card

Asbestos Awareness cert.
