This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional to join a dedicated team, delivering essential building services. The role involves providing high-quality plumbing and maintenance services within the facilities, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems within commercial and residential properties.
• Identify and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure all works are completed in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
• Coordinate with other building service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the inspection and testing of plumbing systems to ensure functionality and safety.

Skills Required

• Proven experience as a plumber, ideally within a building fabric or facilities management environment.
• Good knowledge of plumbing systems, installations, and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
