Are you an experienced Plot Sales Conveyancer looking for a fresh challenge? We're working with a well-established regional law firm in Spalding that is seeking a motivated conveyancer to join its busy and supportive Plot Sales team. The Role

You will handle a full caseload of plot sales matters from instruction to completion, working closely with housebuilders, developers, and internal fee-earners to ensure efficient and streamlined transactions. You will prepare contracts, deal with enquiries, issue documentation, manage exchange and completion processes, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent client service within agreed timeframes. You will also support wider team initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
