• Experience of working on Cloud based applications.
• Knowledge of messaging services.
• Windows experience with IIS, error handling and troubleshooting.
• Ability to write Microsoft SQL Server queries.
• PostgreSQL experience.
• Experience supporting a 24/7 application.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools such as Service Now and JIRA.
• Knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
• Familiarity with Monitoring and Alerting tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor events generated by the management system.
• Manage incidents and ensure timely resolutions.
• Review current processes for improvements.
• Conduct health checks and maintain production environments.
• Participate in project lifecycle providing support.
