Job summary

A leading site solutions firm in Scotland is looking for 4 Platers for a contract role based in East Kilbride, starting from 5th January. Candidates must be able to read fabrication drawings and preferably have experience within structural steelwork, specifically with beam and column work. Overtime is available after a standard working day, with premium rates for weekend shifts. Ideal candidates should live near East Kilbride or have transport options.

Overview

City‑Site Solutions – Scotland require 4 Platers for a contract role based in East Kilbride, with start available from 5th January.

Duties & Requirements

• Must be able to read fabrication drawings.
• Experience within a structural steelwork environment preferred.
• Previous experience with beam/column work preferred.

Compensation & Hours

Overtime is available after 8.25 hours worked each day during the week and for all hours worked on Saturday, and ×2 for all hours worked on Sunday.

Location & Transport

Due to the location and start time candidates should ideally live local to East Kilbride or have their own transport.
