Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Plasterer for a permanent role in Birmingham, working in partnership with Birmingham City Council within Social Housing. A competitive salary, company van and benefits package are on offer.

You will complete plastering and multi-skilled works, ensuring one-visit resolution where possible, while upholding Equans values and delivering excellent customer service daily. You will diagnose plastering and general building issues, leveraging IT and PDA tools to support field

Qualifications

• City and Guilds (Plastering) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in diagnosing plastering and general building issues.
• Experience in building construction and repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete plastering and multi-skilled works in order to complete the job in one visit.
• Deliver high quality repair, maintenance and refurbishment works and customer service daily.
• Work effectively with the client, customers and stakeholders within Social Housing on a daily basis.
