Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Lifecycle Project Site Supervisor for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a competitive salary and benefits.

You will manage site delivery of capital works and lifecycle projects, support the project manager on H&S and handover, supervise trade operatives and sub-contractors, and optimise use of resources. DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction and knowledge of building legislation.
  • Strong ICT skills and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent understanding and adherence to SHEQ practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the site delivery of capital works and lifecycle projects at the QEH.
  • Support the project manager with site H&S, management, snagging and handover.
  • Supervise sub-contractors and coordinate resources, materials and equipment.
  • Ensure quality control, audits and timely client liaison throughout projects.
  • Arrange licences and permits required to execute works.
