Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking a friendly Horticulture Customer Advisor in Beaconsfield to help deliver outstanding customer experiences across our stores. You will promote the Dobbies Club, share plant knowledge, and support both indoor and outdoor gardening needs.

Join a proactive team; you will work on the shopfloor, assist with stock, and help maintain high standards across departments while learning new skills in a vibrant retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Passion for plants.
• Ability to lift heavy objects to support store projects.
• Well-presented and reliable with a can-do attitude.
• Eager to learn new skills and gain experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspirational gardening standards through excellent service.
• Drive sales through customer interactions, promoting the Dobbies Club membership.
• Provide high-quality plant and product knowledge to answer queries.
• Work with your team to keep the department at a high standard.
• Occasionally work on the shopfloor and other areas of the store as required, including stock and till work.
