Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Horticulture Customer Advisor to join our store team. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, promote the Dobbies Club, and share expert knowledge on indoor and outdoor plants, machinery and core gardening products.

• Experience in a customer-facing role.

• Ability to lift heavy objects to support store projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspirational gardening standards through excellent standards and service.
• Drive sales through customer interactions, while promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
• Offer help with customer queries through high-quality product knowledge including indoor and outdoor plants, machinery and core gardening.
• Work with your team to ensure the department is kept to a high standard.
• Support shopfloor and other areas as required, including stock handling, till work, deliveries and stock control routines.
