Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking a dedicated Horticulture Customer Advisor to enhance the in-store experience across our garden departments. You will deliver inspiring gardening standards, assist customers with plant knowledge, and promote the Dobbies Club membership while helping maintain department standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a passion for plants.
• Willingness to learn and share product knowledge.
• Ability to work as part of a team to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspirational gardening standards through excellent service.
• Drive sales via customer interactions and promote Dobbies Club membership.
• Provide high-quality plant knowledge for indoor and outdoor plants and related products.
• Work with the team to keep department standards high.
• Assist on shopfloor and store areas, including stock handling and till work.
