Qualifications

• Fully Qualified Accountant (min 5 years qualified).
• Finance / Business Degree.
• Proven experience in finance and accounting within a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Good working knowledge of IBM iSeries (AS400) and AS400Query.
• Continuous Improvement mindset.
• Internal audit/control review experience.
• Excellent I.T skills especially in Excel.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple conflicting deadlines.
• Highly developed planning and organizational skills.
• Team management and development focus.

Responsibilities

• Support and control to the Redditch plant.
• Ensure adherence to timetables, financial integrity, and completeness.
• Management and completion of month-end processes including variance analysis.
• Reporting plant performance through Hyperion.
• Preparation and presentation of budgets and forecasts.
• Management of the Redditch Finance team.
• Drive improvement and efficiencies in KPIs.
• Pursuing Continuous Improvements to financial controls.
• Working closely with external auditors for audits.
• Review, maintain and implement internal controls.
