The successful candidate will manage their own case-load of varied planning applications and appeals. They will need strong professional skills, sound planning judgement, a good eye for design, as well as a commitment to customer care and team work.

  • Deal with elected members, the public, applicants, and objectors in a professional and meaningful manner
  • Provide a quality service to customers
