An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning & Control (P&C) Lead to join the Planning & Control functional team within Submarines. This will be an interesting challenge for someone looking to test their skills in leading and delivering both functional improvement projects and supporting broader Submarines initiatives and P&C capability development in an environment of significant change.

The role spans aspects of project management or improvements, process & system enhancements, and new capabilities, to deliver key aspects of the Functional Plan.

To work for Rolls‑Royce Submarines an individual must hold a Security Check clearance. We will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t already have it. Due to the nature of work we conduct, we can only progress applications from individuals who are a UK national or, in MoD approved cases, a dual national.
