Job summary

Toyota Material Handling Europe is seeking an Assistant Planner/Administrator for our Fleet Management Centre in Old Dalby, Melton Mowbray. You will support the Planning team with administrative tasks and practical duties as needed.

On a day-to-day basis you will handle invoicing, PO processing, data input, and cover holidays. A proactive, team-oriented approach and strong IT literacy are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills.
• Experience in a previous support role.
• Good communication skills.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Strong team working skills.
• IT/PC literate.

Responsibilities

• Deal with invoicing, raising of PO’s, FMC time management, contractor repairs, etc.
• Input specification data into the main system.
• Support the Planning team and cover holidays/absence as required.
• Liaise with on-site contractors and arrange visits as needed.
• Support colleagues in a small tightknit team.
