Job summary

Toyota Material Handling Logistics Solutions AB in the UK seeks an Assistant Planner/Administrator to join our Fleet Management Centre in Old Dalby near Melton Mowbray. You will support the Planning team administratively and practically, handling invoicing, POs, data input and contractor liaison.

This role rewards organisation, teamwork and proactive problem-solving, with training and development within the Toyota network to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong administrative skills and experience in a support role.
Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Good organisation and teamwork skills.
Proficient with IT/PC applications and systems.

Responsibilities

Deal with invoicing, raising of POs and FMC time management.
Input specification data into the main system.
Support the Planning team and cover holidays when needed.
Liaise with on-site contractors as required.
Support colleagues as part of a small, cooperative team.
