Job summary

Toyota Material Handling UK is seeking an Assistant Planner/Administrator to join the Fleet Management Centre in Old Dalby, Melton Mowbray. You will support the Planning team with invoicing, PO creation, data entry and on-site contractor liaison, while stepping in to cover holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a support/administrative role.
• Excellent time management and organisation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient IT/PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing, raise PO’s, and manage FMC time.
• Input specification data into the main system.
• Provide administrative support to the Planning team.
• Liaise with on-site contractors as required.
• Cover holidays and absences when needed.
