Job summary

Toyota Material Handling is seeking an Assistant Planner/Administrator to join the Fleet Management Centre in Old Dalby, Melton Mowbray. You will support the Planning team administratively, handle invoicing and PO tasks, input data, and coordinate with on-site contractors as holidays occur.

The role requires strong organisational skills, reliability, and a team-oriented approach in a small, dedicated team. Training and development opportunities are available within the Toyota network.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills.
• Experience in a previous support role.
• Good communication skills.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Strong team working skills.
• IT / PC literate.

Responsibilities

• Deal with invoicing, raising of PO’s, FMC time management, contractor repairs etc.
• Input specification data into the main system.
• Support the Planning team when required and step in to cover holidays and general absence as needed.
• Liaise with/on-site contractors when required.
• Willingness to support colleagues in a small, tightknit team.
