Job summary

An established plumbing and heating business in the UK is looking for an experienced Scheduler / Planner. This role involves scheduling job cards for external teams, managing customer calls, overseeing stock control, and handling invoicing. The ideal candidate should have previous experience, excellent attention to detail, and good IT skills. Competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum along with additional benefits such as holiday and healthcare policy is offered.

Our client is a long-established plumbing and heating business with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding service. Following continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Scheduler / Planner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule job cards for external engineering teams
  • Handle technical calls from both business and residential customers
  • Manage workloads using the in-house scheduling system
  • Respond promptly to customer emails and enquiries
  • Book parts and liaise with suppliers
  • Oversee stock control and manage new parts arriving into the business
  • Process invoices accurately
  • Prepare and manage new quotes
Pay & Benefits
  • Basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holiday, rising with service
