A local government authority in Ashford is seeking a Planned Maintenance Manager to oversee the delivery of the housing maintenance program. In this strategic role, you will ensure projects are completed within budget and on time, while also enhancing service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, along with experience in housing and health & safety legislation. As Planned Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our housing planned maintenance programme. In this pivotal role, you will be shaping the future of our housing projects, ensuring that planned works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Essentially you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of planned maintenance projects, from procurement and design through to completion. This is a strategic role where you will continually seek innovative ways to improve service delivery and asset management.
It is essential that you have HNC/HND in Building Studies or equivalent, and/or significant relevant experience, along with having:
In addition, it would be advantageous if you are qualified or actively pursuing CIOB or MRICS membership and have local government or housing association environment experience.
