Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Goodwood, Technical Planning, Interior Trim Centre – Placement Year (July 2027) is seeking two placement year students to join our lean production environment and develop through hands-on responsibilities from day one. You will help with feasibility studies, design and engineering requirements, and the integration of new materials and models.

Fluent English is required; German knowledge is a plus, and teamwork and self-learning are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• On track to achieve a 2:2 or above.
• Experience with teamwork and communication.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manufacturing feasibility and realization of design/engineering requirements.
• Work in project teams on set deliverables.
• Manage introduction of new materials and processes.
• Support integration of new models into production.
• Apply VPS/CIP Lean principles to reduce waste.
• Identify, procure, and install tooling and equipment.
