Job summary

BMW Group, Rolls-Royce Bespoke division at Goodwood, offers two placement opportunities starting July 2027. You will work with interior surface components, combining craftsmanship and technology to exacting standards, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, planning, production and cross-functional teams to deliver projects, while developing sound engineering practices and problem-solving skills during the placement year.

Qualifications

• Studying towards an Engineering related course with a 2:2 or above.
• Interest in mechanical/logical systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently within a team and manage tasks from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support the detailed planning activities of the Interior Surface Centre.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on new projects and processes.
• Work with planning, production and wider teams to solve problems.
• Contribute to future projects using established engineering processes.
