Our team consists of three separate areas of focus: Series Planning - “Creating a robust core production”, Structure Planning - “Shaping the future production system” and Project Planning - “Developing future products”. We report into the Interior Trim Centre and are responsible for the production of all interior trim products within the Rolls‑Royce Motor Cars marque. The department use core lean principles to develop the most efficient way of producing products without impact to our exceptional quality. The department influences the business through strategical decisions, coaching and communication. We are seeking two placement year students to join in July 2027.
