Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood is offering a Final Assembly Intern placement year beginning July 2027. You will be part of a large team assembling vehicles, with hands‑on responsibility from day one, and opportunities to lead improvements in production quality and efficiency.

The role requires ongoing study in Mechanical Engineering and a 12.5‑month placement, with English fluency and beneficial German knowledge. Expect a competitive package and on‑site benefits in the UK.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or integrated Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a 2:2 class or higher.
• Fluent in English; German working knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong PC skills: MS Office, CAD, SharePoint, Python.
• Excellent problem solving, time management and communication during university projects.
• Ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge is advantageous.
• Evidence of other relevant skills demonstrated in projects or activities.

Responsabilidades

• Support coordination and management of production quality tasks and solve them through active problem‑solving activities.
• Assist, analyse and implement improvements to our production processes.
• Coordinate and steer senior production management circles both on working and project levels.
• Data collation to support the reporting and running of the Assembly Line.
• Review and deliver continuous improvement projects within the production environment.
