Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood invites placement year students to join the Assembly Quality Management team for a 13-month placement starting July 2027. You will gain hands-on experience, own responsibilities from day one, and work with mentors to develop robust quality improvements on the production line.

You’ll learn processes, KPI tracking, and participate in value production system implementation while preparing to become a well-rounded professional ready for challenging roles.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree with 2:1 or above in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Systems, or Quality Systems.
• Good English; German would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Actively solving complex issues related to our production systems.
• Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer-term projects.
• Co-ordination and steering of KPI’s.
• Support and implementation of quality improvements through complex problem solving.
• Analysis of data sets to identify improvement opportunities.
• Steering and implementation of planning activities to support volume flexibility and new product introduction.
• Supporting the implementation of the Value Production System and Work Organisation in the Assembly process.
• Developing into an all rounded professional ready to take on any challenge.
