Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Placement Coordination specialist to manage the end-to-end Aquarius placement journey, ensuring risks are controlled and policy issuance proceeds on time. You will liaise with brokers and insurers, perform technical checks, and support the issuance process in a dynamic, digitally enabled environment.

In this hybrid UK role you will monitor performance, capture data for MI reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry with focus on SME sector.
• Knowledge of Commercial Combined products.
• Experience coordinating insurance placements or facility business.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to capture, manage and analyse data/metrics.
• CII qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate insurance placements from submission to binding and policy issuance.
• Perform technical checks on documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with terms.
• Engage Willis Network Broker partners and insurers to support collaboration.
• Monitor placement performance, pipeline activity and MI metrics.
• Support onboarding of brokers and the adoption of the facility; contribute to process improvements.
• Represent the Aquarius facility at internal/external meetings and events.
