Job summary

Everywhen is seeking a proactive Placement Support Executive to support the Head of Placement and Regional Directors in delivering placement strategy and administering insurance placements. You will manage data accuracy, create insights, and drive improvements across processes and reporting.

You will oversee end-to-end placement support, assist brokers with submissions and insurer communications, and generate MI for decision-making. A strong data and insurance operations background is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the insurance industry with understanding of placement processes.
• Experience creating MI and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Strong data management, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience using Acturis to analyse and review placement and broking activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve analysis and data exchange across insurer placement, placement initiatives, client retention and pipelines.
• Handle reporting, data changes and data questions from stakeholders; transform and visualise data to provide MI for strategic decisions.
• Identify and present changes and trends in client data received.
• Prepare reports and dashboards ensuring data integrity across solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end placement support process with timely execution.
• Support brokers and placement teams with market submissions and insurer communications.
• Monitor placement activity and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Prepare key information ahead of internal and external meetings.
