Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Facility Placement Coordinator to manage the end-to-end SME risk placement journey within the Aquarius facility. You will bind through approved systems, coordinate with brokers and insurers, and ensure timely progress and accuracy across outputs.

The role requires strong insurance knowledge, SME expertise, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, digitally enabled environment. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within the insurance industry.
• Solid knowledge of Commercial Combined insurance for SME.
• Experience in UK market (non-Lloyd’s preferred).
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate insurance placements.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to capture, manage, and analyse data/metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Cert CII / Dip CII desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end placement journey for SME risks.
• Bind via approved systems and platforms.
• Ensure timely progress and service levels.
• Undertake technical checks on documentation.
• Liaise with brokers, insurers and internal teams.
• Monitor pipeline activity and placement metrics.
• Support onboarding of new brokers and adoption of the facility.
• Contribute to process improvements and enhanced placement journeys.
• Represent the Aquarius facility at Willis Network events.
