Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a proactive Aquarius Facility Placement Coordinator to manage SME risk placements end-to-end. You will bind via digital platforms, ensure accuracy of quotes and schedules, and maintain strong relationships with brokers and insurer panel members.

The role sits at the centre of the Aquarius operating model. You will monitor performance, support MI reporting, and contribute to process improvements while coordinating with internal teams across the Willis network.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry with SME focus.
• Knowledge of Commercial Combined insurance is advantageous.
• Ability to manage insurance placements and interact with brokers/insurers.
• Strong administrative and data-analytic capabilities.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and effective communication.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end placement journey for SME risks.
• Perform technical checks on quotes, schedules and outputs.
• Engage with Willis Network Broker partners and insurers.
• Monitor pipeline activity and placement metrics for MI.
• Support onboarding of brokers and drive process improvements.
• Represent the Aquarius facility in meetings and events.
