Job summary

Willis Towers Watson's Aquarius team seeks a Placement Coordinator to manage the end-to-end placement journey for SME risks within the Aquarius facility. You will coordinate submission to binding and policy issuance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will bind via approved systems, perform technical checks, and maintain strong relationships with Willis Network Broker partners and insurer panel members to ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of Commercial Combined insurance for SME.
• Experience in UK non-Lloyd’s market.
• Proven ability to manage insurance placements.
• Strong admin and organisational skills.
• Data capture, management and analysis capability.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• CII/Dip CII (or studying) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the placement journey from submission to binding and policy issuance.
• Bind via approved systems/platforms in line with governance.
• Ensure timely progress and service levels.
• Undertake technical checks on quotes, schedules and outputs.
• Engage brokers and insurers; maintain strong relationships.
• Log data for MI reporting and monitor pipeline/matters.
