Marsh McLennan seeks a Placement Support Specialist to bolster operational and placement activities within the Commercial Team. You will support placement broking and client servicing, driving efficiency and high-quality service for clients and insurers.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, manage documentation, and maintain records of quotations and terms, while collaborating with internal teams and partners to achieve placement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance operations is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and prepare clear reports or presentations.
• A basic understanding of insurance processes, products, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and placement support to placement broking and client servicing teams.
