• Experience running structured trials and writing SOPs.
• Audit experience with HACCP, BRCGS, or equivalent schemes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations at the pilot site.
• Plan and run production and trials to meet targets.
• Ensure audit readiness for food safety schemes.
