• Escalate technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Manage vehicle stock for first-time fix rates.

Overview

Role: Field Service Technician - MFDs / Photocopiers / Print

Location: East Anglia — Norfolk, Suffolk, Peterborough

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair on MFDs/MFPs/Print/Photocopier devices
• Carry out installations as and when
• Escalate technical issues promptly to minimise equipment downtime
• Identify and report additional business opportunities during service visits
• Support customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Manage vehicle stock to improve first-time fix rates and reduce losses

Qualifications

• Strong experience within the office equipment industry as a photocopier engineer with experience carrying out service, repair and maintenance on MFD equipment
• Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills and a flexible approach
• Ideally up-to-date manufacture training on MFDs
• Networking capabilities
