Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and build strong customer relationships.
• Support customers needing reassurance and guidance.
• Keep customer records up-to-date and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support customers once their claim is successful and own your portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional support or services.
