Jobwise Ltd in Altrincham Town Centre is recruiting a proactive Sales Advisor to join a fast-growing team. You’ll be engaging with warm leads, supporting customers who have enquired about government benefits, and helping them take the first step toward financial support.

You’ll manage your own pipeline in the CRM, book appointments, and benefit from full training, with potential for progression into a Claims Processor role and a generous bonus up to £4,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience making outbound calls to warm leads or customers.
• Ability to explain services clearly with empathy and patience.
• Comfort using a CRM to manage a personal pipeline.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Willingness to handle objections calmly and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads about our services.
• Speak with customers over the phone, answer queries and follow up.
• Build trust with older customers and explain next steps clearly.
• Manage your own pipeline using the CRM system.
• Book appointments with the Claims Processing team.
