Job summary

FindCore are recruiting a Customer Support Representative for a fast-growing, office-based role in Altrincham. This permanent position offers Monday–Friday work with clear opportunities for progression.

You will handle high volumes of customer calls, qualify enquiries and book appointments with the Claims Team, while maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering excellent service without a hard-sell approach.

Qualifications

• Telephone-based customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to explain information clearly and simply.
• Able to build trust and rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Qualify enquiries and book appointments with the Claims Team.
• Maintain contact with existing customers throughout their journey.
• Keep customer information and CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Deliver excellent service without a hard-sell approach.
