Job summary

NWF Group is looking for an Internal Account Executive to own retention and growth for an assigned book of existing customers, communicating primarily by phone. You will focus on commercial conversations to protect and grow spend, not just process orders, with opportunities to cross-sell and upsell where appropriate.

Role may be permanent or fixed-term during peak trading, reporting to an Internal Account Executive Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing sales or account management.
• Proven ability to meet retention and revenue targets.
• Experience handling high volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Comfortable using CRM to manage customer activities and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow an assigned book of existing customer accounts through proactive, phone-based account management.
• Treat every inbound and outbound contact as a sales conversation opportunity, not just a service ticket.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer spend through cross-selling and upselling products and services.
• Converse with customers to uncover current and future needs, not just process requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep pipeline data current in the CRM.
