Job summary

Venture Life Group plc is seeking four Territory Managers to cover the Pharmacy channel across Midlands, North West, North East and Scotland. You will develop sales plans, engage new customers, and manage the full sales cycle to drive revenue growth.

The role requires field sales experience in healthcare, a proven ability to work with independent pharmacies, and a driving license for extensive travel within the territory. Competitive base salary with bonus and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within healthcare or consumer healthcare.
• Proven track record with independent pharmacies and key decision makers.
• Knowledge of OTC products and consumer health brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to grow revenue in the pharmacy channel.
• Identify and engage prospective customers to expand the client base.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in independent pharmacies.
• Manage full sales cycle from opportunity to close, ensuring satisfaction.
