Venture Life Group, in partnership with Michael Page, is seeking four Territory Managers for the Pharmacy channel covering Midlands, North West (Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds), North East and Scotland. Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within healthcare or consumer healthcare.
• Proven track record with independent pharmacies and key decision makers.
• Knowledge of OTC pharmaceutical products and strong revenue growth mindset.
• Able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to increase market share and brand awareness in the independent pharmacy sector.
• Identify and engage prospective customers to generate opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in independent pharmacies.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification to closing sales.
• Execute call plans to maximise KPIs and order generation.
• Visit active and prospective pharmacy accounts as part of daily activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Provide training and product information to pharmacy staff per trade guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing to align promotions and campaigns.
• Record daily activity in Field Strike and report KPIs to senior management.
