Job summary

Venture Life Group plc is seeking four Territory Managers to cover the Pharmacy channel across South London, East London, South Coast and South Wales & South West. You will develop and execute sales plans, engage with independent pharmacies, and drive revenue growth while representing major brands such as Health & Her and Lift.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales within healthcare/pharma/consumer healthcare.
• Experience with independent pharmacies and key decision makers.
• Knowledge of consumer healthcare and OTC products.
• Strong sales acumen with ability to drive revenue growth.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to grow market share in the pharmacy sector.
• Identify and engage prospective customers and expand the customer base.
• Leverage networks to build relationships with decision-makers in independent pharmacies.
• Handle full sales cycle from opportunity to close and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Execute call plans to maximise KPIs and order generation.
• Visit active and prospective pharmacy accounts daily as planned.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity for sales insights.
• Provide product training and information to pharmacy staff per guidelines.
• Attend trade shows, events, and meetings to promote Venture Life products.
