Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong leadership to coach and inspire a dispensary team.
• Ability to use pharmacy systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert, tailored advice to patients about medicines and products.
• Delivering services dependent on store needs.
• Building great relationships with the pharmacy team and coaching them to deliver high standards of care.
• Assisting with triage of patients and distributing prescription handouts.
• Taking ownership for legal, safe and ethical decision-making in the pharmacy.
• Manage operational tasks including replenishing stock, workload management, order fulfilment and handling controlled drugs to ensure patient safety.
