Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our community‑focused team, delivering patient‑centred care and coaching the dispensary staff to high standards. You will help with tr iaging patients, advising on medicines, and ensuring safe, ethical decision‑making in dispensing.

Your role includes stock management, using pharmacy systems, and supporting day‑to‑day operations while maintaining the highest patient care standards. Pre‑employment checks may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Excited to coach and lead a dispensary team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Motivated to change things for the better for teams, customers and patients.
• Desire to deliver services and outstanding patient care.
• Ability to use pharmacy systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, tailored advice to patients about medicines and products.
