Boots is looking for a dedicated pharmacy professional to join our team in the UK. You will provide expert, tailored advice to patients about medicines and support services, while coaching and inspiring our dispensary staff to the highest standards of care.

You will take ownership of safe, ethical decision-making, manage stock and operational tasks, and ensure patient safety in all activities. A strong communicator with a passion for service excellence will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Experience in dispensing with patient-focused care.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert, tailored advice to patients about medicines and products.
• Deliver services as required by store needs.
• Build strong relationships with the pharmacy team and coach them to deliver high standards of care.
• Assist with triage of patients and distribution of prescription handouts.
• Take ownership for legal, safe and ethical decision-making in the pharmacy.
• Manage stock, workload, order fulfilment, receipt and handling of controlled drugs while ensuring patient safety.
