Boots UK is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to deliver patient-centred service, triage patients, and provide expert technical advice on medicines. You will support the pharmacy team, coach colleagues, and ensure safe, ethical decisions in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, tailored advice to patients about medicines and products.
• Deliver store-specific pharmacy services.
• Coach and inspire the pharmacy team to high standards.
• Triage patients and distribute prescription handouts.
• Take ownership of legal, safe and ethical decision-making.
• Manage stock replenishment, orders, and controlled drugs handling.
