Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC/PSNI/PSI).
• Experience coaching and leading a dispensary team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Desire to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Ability to use pharmacy systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert, tailored advice to patients about medicines and products.
• Delivering services depending on store needs.
• Building relationships with the pharmacy team and coaching them.
• Assisting with patient triage and distributing prescription handouts.
• Ensuring legal, safe and ethical decision-making in the pharmacy.
• Managing stock, workload, orders, and handling controlled drugs while ensuring safety.
