Boots UK is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to deliver outstanding patient-centred service, advise on medicines, and lead a dispensary team. You will triage patients, coach staff, and ensure safe, ethical decisions in daily pharmacy operations.

The role offers opportunities to develop clinically and progress within Boots, with access to CPD and supportive leadership. DBS/PVG checks may be required depending on location.

Qualificações

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Experience coaching and leading a dispensary team is valued.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Motivation to improve things for teams, customers and patients.
• Desire to deliver services and outstanding patient care.
• Ability to use pharmacy systems and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert, tailored advice to patients about medicines and products.
• Deliver store-specific services as needed.
• Coach and inspire the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality care.
• Assist triage of patients and distribute prescription handouts.
• Make legal, safe and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
• Manage stock replenishment, workload, order fulfilment and handling of controlled drugs.
